Jerry Correia

Jerry has been in the legal services industry for the past 21 years. As one of the founding members and directors of the LSPA, his responsibilities include the evaluation, selection and development of member training programs, overseeing the development of supplier programs, and managing the development of the LSPA career center.
In addition to his responsibilities at the LSPA, Jerry is the president of the Correia Group and the co-founder and CEO of Pico Consulting. The Correia Group provides training and consulting services to many of the nation's top legal service providers, and Pico Consulting delivers full time staffing services to legal service providers and law firms throughout the United States.
Prior to starting his current companies, Jerry held leadership positions at Encore Discovery Solutions, Dolphin Search and NightRider/IKON. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 1986.

Greg Bayless

Greg has been in the legal services industry since 1993 and is one of the founding members and national directors of the LSPA. Greg oversees LSPA membership expansion, member directory search, strategic partnerships, and the development of LSPA's client facing website, LitSupport.net.
In addition to his responsibilities at the LSPA, Greg is the founder and President of LitForce, the largest independent network of legal service providers in the world with affiliates in 175 domestic and 270 cities worldwide. Greg started LitForce in 2000 after holding sales and management positions for NightRider/IKON and ImageNet.
Greg played four years of basketball for Oklahoma Baptist University and graduated Cum Laude in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. After obtaining his CPA, he started his professional career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. |
