Jerry has been in the legal services industry for the past 21 years and is one of the founding members and directors of the LSPA. In addition to his responsibilities at the LSPA, Jerry is the president of the Correia Group and the co-founder and CEO of Pico Consulting. The Correia Group provides training and consulting services to many of the nation's top legal service providers and has trained over 200 legal services sales professionals over the past 5 years. Prior to his current companies, Jerry has held positions as the VP of Business Development and E-Discovery at Encore Discovery Solutions, Vice President of Business Development at Dolphin Search and Vice President of National Accounts at NightRider/IKON.
